一、基本情况

Dr. Saeed Rad (1979), master degree on irrigation and drainage engineering from Tehran Science and Research University (Iran) on Jan 2006, Ph.D. in hydraulic and hydrology on Mar 2016 from University Technology Malaysia (UTM), working in Guilin University of Technology as a researcher/teacher since June 2017 until now.
